Refund and Exchange Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Out of stock

• If the item purchased is out of stock, we will refund to you via IN-STORE CREDIT REFUND to be used for next purchases.
• It might be possible that the items ordered by the clients have been discontinued by our supplier after the payment has been made, no worries, we will refund to you in this case.
• Although it is stated that preorder/ backorder items will take 7-14 working days, the waiting time might be longer than the stated period as we could not fully control or guarantee the exact delivery date due to unforeseeable delay from our supplier, there is no refund/exchange if there is delay of the items.

Defected item

• We do accept return and exchange that are caused by obvious manufacturing defects, kindly return the items within 3 days from the date of received ,the item should only be returned via courier and tracking number must be provided.  

• SALE ITEMS are strictly not returnable or exchangeable. 

• We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges deemed inappropriate.
